KARACHI (Dunya News) – Authorities have released as many as 113 Indian fishermen as a goodwill gesture on the directives of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today (Thursday).
The fishermen were released from Malir Jail.
These prisoners will be shifted to railway station using a bus provided by Edhi Foundation. After reaching Lahore, they will be handed over to the Indian authorities at the Wagah Border.
Pakistan and India regularly release fishermen who are detained after straying into each other`s territorial waters.
