KARACHI (Dunya News) – Another constitutional petition seeking to investigate the Axact’s fake degrees scam through Judicial Commission filed in the court today (Thursday), Dunya News reported.
The plaintiff Rana Faiz stated that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shoaib Shaikh has defamed Pakistan’s name, therefore, the authorities should take stern action against the accused.
He also demanded the court to seize his property and bank accounts.
Moreover, the claimant further suggested to include the name of Shoaib Shaikh in Exit Control List (ECL).
