LAHORE (Dunya News) – Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai on Tuesday has said that Rohingya Muslims deserve citizenship and world leaders should play their roles to curb the issues faced by the community.
She said that the Muslims are stranded amidst ocean for as many as two months. She urged the international leaders including Myanmar government to help the Burma Muslims.
Rohingya Muslims deserve the nationalities of their birth place where they have been living for generations, she added. Yousafzai said that the community must be treated with respect and granted equal rights.
The Nobel laureate said that the United Nations Organisation (UNO) has declared these Muslims the most troubled minority in the world.
