Summary ATC has extended bail of Zulfiqar Mirza and his as many as 107 accomplices till June 2.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – As many as three cases including assisting suspects of gangwar and supplying illegal weapons to them have been registered against former Home Minister of Sindh Zulfiqar Mirza at Darakshan police Station today (Saturday), Dunya News reported.

The cases have been filed under 293, 294 and 295 provisions of Anti-Terrorism Act which was registered after interrogation by detained felon.

Earlier, ATC has extended bail of Zulfiqar Mirza and his as many as 107 accomplices till June 2, Dunya News reported.

According to details, Mirza’s counsel submitted a petition in court pleading to extend the bail of his client which was later accepted by ATC.

Meanwhile, he also urged the Sindh High Court (SHC) to ensure foolproof security so that he would be able to come court. In his plea, he informed the court that due to the deployment of police personnel outside his house, he is facing problems.
