Summary Terrorists behind tragedy of Safoora Chowrangi will be brought to justice, says CM Sindh
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Information Minister Sindh Sharjeel Memon said on Friday that Sindh police is apolitical and all appointments of police are on merit. He also said that terrorists behind Safoora Chowrangi will be brought to justice, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media, Sharjeel Memon said that the rumors regarding Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif’s displeasure with Sindh government are baseless adding that Chief Minister (CM) and Sindh government are performing above par.
Rejecting the allegations regarding politicization of Sindh police, Sharjeel Memon said that all officers have been appointed on merit and on directions from federal government.
Labeling Zulfiqar Mirza’s statements regarding CM Sindh as untrue, Sharjeel Memon said that the culprits behind tragedy of Safoora Chowrangi will be brought to justice.
