Summary Govt lifted condition for federal police to wear safety uniforms, orders to implement immediately
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – The condition to wear safety uniform for federal police has on Friday been lifted by the government and the orders will be immediately implementable, reported Dunya News.
According to a statement issued by Interior Ministry, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan was informed that it was difficult for the police officers to wear safety uniforms in scorching heat of the summer. Taking notice of the information, Nisar directed to lift the condition immediately so that police officers may perform their duties with ease.
Interior Minister also directed IG Islamabad to get the decision implemented immediately.
