Summary ballot papers were printed according to the demand: Mehboob Anwar
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former Election Commissioner Punjab Mehboob Anwar accepts on Tuesday to making a report about rigging in election. Mehboob was answering the questions of Pakistan tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Abdul Hafeez Pirzada during the meeting of Judicial Commission held in Islamabad chaired by Chief Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk.
Mehboob said that he made the report in the light of Imran Khan’s accusations and there were news of extra ballot papers in media so he mentioned that too. He said that ballot papers were printed under his supervision in Punjab. Mehboob said that the ballot papers were printed according to the demand though they were distributed according to the plan sent by Election Commission Islamabad. He said that extra people were not sent for printing but for the compilation and numbering of ballot papers.
