LAHORE (Web Desk) – 4.8 magnitude earthquake jolted Lahore and southeastern cities of Punjab on Tuesday, reported Dunya News.

According to spokesperson geology department, jolts of earthquake were felt in Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sheikhupra and Kashmir at 1140 hours. The earthquake lasted for 40 seconds.
The magnitude of earthquake was measured 4.8 on Richter scale, it is learnt.
The origin of earthquake was Muzzafarabad and originated 45 kilometers below ground.
According to spokesperson, the earthquake lasted 1 minute 55 seconds.
No damage of property or life has been reported so far.
