Summary Plaintiffs pleaded to annul the suspension orders of the officers as they were arrested illegally.
ISLAMABAD (Daily Dunya) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday has adjourned the hearing of a petition filed against the suspension of police personnel including Nekokara till May 11.
As per details, Justice Athar Minallah heard the case during which the petitioners pleaded to annul the suspension orders of the officers as they were arrested illegally.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the hearing till May 11 by ordering to complete probe into the matter.
