Summary It is government’s top priority to bring peace into country, says CM Punjab
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif said on Friday that Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain had hurt the sentiments of millions of Pakistani after asking assistance from Indian intelligence agency RAW.
He said that the MQM chief should apologize for his statement, reported Dunya News.
Shahbaz Sharif said that Altaf Hussain’s statement is paramount to treason adding that it is the duty of MQM’s workers, party leaders to disassociate themselves from Altaf Hussain’s statement.
CM Punjab said that Pakistan Army had given countless sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.
He further added that it is government’s top priority to bring peace into the country.
