LAHORE (Dunya News) – A special Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday has sent former state minister’s son, Mustafa Kanju along with four others on seven-day remands in Zain murder case.
According to the details, the criminals were presented before the court in tight security. Earlier, the culprits were shifted to a jail on 14-day judicial remands after their physical remands expired.
The investigation officer requested the court to grant more time to present challan in the matter. Defense counsel, Barrister Nawazish was also present in the court.
The court extended the judicial remands of the criminals and sent them back to the jail.
Kanju allegedly killed a 15-year-old student, Zain in Cavalry Ground after opening fire on a crowd that had gathered after he hit a car while drunk driving.
