Summary Imam Ka’aba said that it was his first visit to Pakistan but will certainly not be last
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Imam Ka’aba Sheikh Al-Ghamdi said on Wednesday that Houthi rebels have repeated Abraha’s antics. He further said that enemies of peace gave weapons to the rebels, reported Dunya News.
Majlis Saut Islam gave a reception in honour of Imam Ka’aba.
Addressing the crowd at the event, Sheikh Khalid Al-Ghamdi said that rebels of Houthi tribe had killed women and children in Yemen while martyring mosques as well.
He addressed the Pakistani masses during his speech, saying that the Houthi rebels are doing what Abraha did in the past.
Expressing his love for Pakistan, Imam Ka’aba said that it was his first visit to Pakistan but will certainly not be the last.
Federal Minster for Religious Affairs Sardar Yousuf said that parliament’s resolution and feelings of the masses showed commitment to defense of holy sites in Saudi Arabia.
Minister of State for Education Balighur Rehman, Chairman standing committee for Religious Affairs Hafiz Abdul Kareem and various other guests also addressed the gathering.
