Summary Nawaz expressed grief over the devastation caused by rain, Federal govt announced aid for KP victims
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has on Monday announced aid for the storm victims in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP), reported Dunya News.
Expressing grief over the losses caused by the storm, PM Nawaz instructed to provide relief to the victim families. He also instructed to provide finest medical facilities. PM also announced Rs. 500,000 for the families of all those that died due to storm while announced Rs. 50,000 for each injured.
Meanwhile, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting criticized Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan for not being in Peshawar at such a time. “People are dying in KP, what is Imran Khan doing in Islamabad?” he questioned.
