Summary Use of solar energy will reduce the pressure from national grid: Mohsin Syed
LAHORE (Dunya News) – President of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Pakistan(IEEEP) Mohsin M Syed said that the power crises of country can be reduced by using solar energy, he was addressing a seminar in Lahore on Wednesday.
IEEP held a seminar on the topic of “Solution for power crises in Pakistan”. Mohsin said that around 7 thousand megawatt of electricity can be saved by using solar energy for domestic, industrial and agricultural use.
He said that use of solar energy will reduce the pressure from national grid that will not only help reducing the power loss but also give time to electric companies to upgrade their system. Many engineers and experts addressed the seminar.
