ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday approved formation of judicial commission to probe alleged fraud in general elections 2013, Dunya News reported.
According to details, PM chaired a consultation session of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) party in which the formation of judicial commission was discussed.
After PM’s approval, both parties have signed the memorandum after agreeing upon the terms to form the commission.
The agreement reportedly binds Prime Minister to dissolve the assemblies if the judicial commission rules the election was rigged.
