Summary LHC has directed the Home Secretary Punjab to reserve the verdict in five days.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday has disposed of the petition filed against the suspect Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi’s detention in a Mumbai blast case.
Justice Mahmood Maqbool heard the case in which the petitioner’s lawyer stated that the Interior Department of Punjab has illegally taken Lakhvi into custody whereas Home Secretary is also not responding on this matter.
The court has dismissed the plea by directing Home Secretary Punjab to reserve the verdict in five days.
