Summary Daughter was shot in chest whereas the father pointed the suicide weapon right below his ear
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A father on Thursday killed his 19-year-old daughter allegedly in name of honour and committed suicide afterwards in Sector G-8/4.
According to the details, a 60-year-old father shot his daughter, Aleena at around 6 am. The neighbours heard shots fired early in the morning and reported the incident to the police. Police knocked down the main door of the house and found both father and daughter dead.
19-year-old Aleena was shot in chest whereas the father pointed the suicide weapon right below his ear.
According to the police, the case seems to be an incident of honour killing. However, the police have started investigations into the matter after shifting the bodies to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for autopsy.
