KARACHI (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday said that the Karachi operation will not fall prey to any kind of reconciliation, adding that he will personally visit Karachi and congratulate the law enforcement for conducting a successful operation, Dunya News reported.
He said recovery of convicted criminals and weapons from office of a major party is ‘regrettable’.
According to details, a twenty-member delegate from the Middle East comprising overseas Pakistanis met the Prime Minister. Talking on the occasion, PM Nawaz said he will go to Karachi to personally congratulate the law and enforcement institutions for successfully conducting the Karachi operation.
Prime Minister assured to address issues of overseas Pakistanis at diplomatic level and to bring them representation in the assemblies.
Members of National Assembly (MNAs) belonging to the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) party also met the Prime Minister. Talking on the occasion, PM said that the government will do everything to rid the country of terrorism.
He said that Pakistan Day parade is a proof of achievements attained in war against terrorism. He said that the Operation Zarb-e-Azb has destroyed terrorists’ networks and hideouts.
