Summary Illegal barriers are still in place in different areas of Karachi.
KARACHI (Web Desk) – Rangers authorities have announced to take indiscriminate action a day after three-day deadline for removal of barriers across the metropolis has ended, Dunya news reported.
On Friday, Director General (DG) Rangers Sindh had appealed the citizens to remove all types of illegal barriers from the city within three days, adding that the barriers in the name of security will not be tolerated.
He said if the illegal barriers are not removed within three days then indiscriminate action will be taken in this regard.
It may be mentioned here that the Sindh High Court (SHC) had directed the Karachi commissioner and law enforcement agencies to remove illegal barriers from the streets in the city and submit a detailed report.
