LAHORE (Dunya News) – A petition on Tuesday has been filed against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in the Supreme Court (SC) Lahore registry in light of death row convict MQM activist Saulat Mirza’s statement.

According to the details, Barrister Zafarullah filed a petition in light of Mirza’s allegation on MQM chief Altaf Hussain for being involved in several killings. The petition urges court to bring back Hussain and arrest him. The petition states that Babar Ghouri, Haider Abbas Rizvi and other MQM members should be included in the Exit Control List (ECL).

Moreover, the petitioner demands court to bring Hussain back from London. The petitioner also urges the court to change death punishment of Mirza to life imprisonment.
