ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif on Thursday have congratulated the newly elected Senators and expressed hope that Senators would work for the stability of democracy in the country.
The President said in his message that every flawless election is adding to the democracy in the country. In a statement issued from Saudi Arabia, PM Nawaz said that the nation has high hopes from the fresh Senators. They are expected to play their part in the prosperity of the country, he added.
The PM is on a visit to Saudi Arabia.
