Imran's allegations 'false and baseless': Ishaq Dar

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has written a detailed letter to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan today (Saturday) rejecting the accusation of sending 40 lac dollars to his son in Dubai, Dunya News reported.

According to sources, the finance minister expressed despair on the statement of PTI Chief regarding his son.

He said that the allegation of transferring $4 million to his son in Dubai in order to avoid taxes is false and baseless and was made for political gain by Imran Khan.

While rejecting the claim, he wrote in the letter that the amount was given to his sons as debt money whereas he also gifted some amount to his sons from legal income.

In his letter, he also assured that his sons have returned the amount through bank which caused an increase in the foreign exchange of the country.
