KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) members on Sunday have demanded the resignations of Chief Minister (CM) Qaim Ali Shah and provincial minister for Information Sharjeel Memon for according to them, the Sindh government showed negligency in putting the fire out.
They demanded off the government to compensate the losses done in a fire incident in the Timber Market moreover, he urged to hold local body elections on immediate basis.
He expressed these views in a press conference in Karachi.
Dr Sattar said that losses worth at least billions have been reported due the fire but neither any minister nor the Prime Minister (PM) showed up. The administration came in action after MQM chief Altaf Hussain’s address.
