RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Delegations from Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan met with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Thursday. Saudi Arabia expressed its interest in Pakistan’s defense production.
According to ISPR, COAS had a meeting with the delegation from Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia in Rawalpindi. Saudi Arabia lauded the development of Pakistan’s defense production. The delegation also expressed interest in purchasing the defense production.
ISPR also stated that the COAS discussed the prospects of improving bi-lateral relations with the foreign delegations.
Also specific importance was given to strengthening Pakistan-Afghanistan relations.
