KARACHI (Dunya News) – As many as five dacoits on Wednesday robbed Rs 9 lacs from a private bank in North Nazimabad area while at least nine criminals have been arrested by Rangers in a separate incident.
According to the police, security guards of the bank did not resist the robbery and that as many as five dacoits fled the crime scene using two motorbikes.
Separately, Rangers have arrested as many as nine criminals including gang war criminals.
According to the spokesperson of the Rangers, weaponry has been found out from their possession which has been seized. An extortioner is also included in the list of arrested criminals.
Meanwhile, Anti Car Lifting Cell (ACLC) of Police has arrested a criminal after making a raid in Muchko area.
Drugs and weaponry possessed by the outlaw have been seized.

Separately, an intelligence officer named Ameer Khan was killed in a firing encounter in Mominabad area while a person named Mukhtar was killed in a firing attack at estate agency.
