MULTAN (Dunya News) – Talking to the flood victims while surveying the flood hit areas in Multan on Wednesday, Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif said he won’t rest until all the locals get settled in their homes and all the flood affectees would be compensated for their losses.
It is good news that Asif Ali Zardari has also donated RS 100 million for the flood victims.
He urged all the people who could afford to step forward and help the flood affectees. We shall not leave the victims of these floods to suffer alone
Criticizing the sit-ins CM Punjab said it is saddening to see that the power hungry people to hold sit-ins in this hour of crisis.
Imran Khan sleeps in the daytime in his container and stages concerts at night, he added. He further said the whole nation is united in this hour of grievance while Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) is busy dancing in Islamabad.
CM Punjab also thanked Balochistan for donating a cheque worth Rs 100 million to aid the flood affectees.
