Summary Election rigging revealed after Afzal Khan’s disclosure, he said.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said that we will not let Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif die the death of a political martyr, and he is mistaken if he thinks the army will take over, he is badly mistaken.
Khan said with assurance that Afzal Khan’s disclosure on live television has made everything crystal clear, and now PM does not have any moral justification to stay in power. He added that Afzal Khan divulged this information of United Nations Development Pakistan’s (UNDP) computer being turned off, and that is when the actual rigging plan began.
While addressing the participants of ‘Azadi March’, Khan stressed that workers had risen in support from all corners of Pakistan including women who were bound to become liberators, as Qauid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah would have wanted it to be.
Imran Khan remarked he had heard about these retaliatory rallies by Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N), adding that these rallies were baseless because Pakistan’s predicaments were still present.
At the same time, Khan branded former chief justice Pakistan (CJP) as a traitor for betraying the nation during the elections, and said that the former CJP would be found guilty after impartial investigation.
During the address, singer Abrarul Haq’s car’s windows were smashed in an attack by unknown assailants.
