According to military sources, the aerial strikes carried out on military hideouts in North Waziristan on May 21 killed five key terrorists including a foreigner.
Other terrorists killed during bombardment include Commander JihadYar and Gulmand.
It merits mentioning here that Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar said on Saturday that the bombardment carried out in North Waziristan is a ‘limited activity’ and not a full-fledged operation.
He further said that no decision to stop negotiation and to pursue a full-fledged operation has been taken yet and that the ongoing limited action is constitutional.
