Summary Lawyers in Islamabad took out a rally demanding moving courts to a safer place.
Islamabad (Dunya News) Lawyers in the Capital staged a sit-in in front of the parliament demanding case against the police chief for failing to foil court attack.
They vowed to continue the sit-in till the acceptance of their demands that also include shifting of the lower courts to a safer place.
The protest that began after the F-8 terror attack continued for the 21th consecutive day. The rally was taken out from F-8 to the Parliament House. The members of the civil society, junior staff and the clients also joined the protest to express solidarity with the lawyers’ community.
The lawyers also demanded appropriate compensation for the victims of F-8 courts’ terror attack.
