Summary Traders have claimed that their property is being destroyed without giving a notice.
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Angry protestors burned down four trucks in Township area when Lahore Development Authority (LDA) launched an anti-encroachment operation on Friday, Dunya News reported.
The protests turned violent when LDA officials continued clearing the encroachments in the area.
The local businessmen and dwellers threw stones at the anti-encroachment personnel and district administration.
According to media reports, the fire caused a car’s cylinder to burst which further deteriorated the situation.
However, the district administration has announced to continue crackdown despite all resistance.
Rescue and police have reached the spot and taken control of the area.
