KARACHI (Dunya News) – Two more bodies were found from different areas of Lyari while police and Rangers arrested at least six accused and seized huge cache of arms, and vehicles, Dunya News reported on Sunday.
According to details, bodies were found from Gulistan Colony and Rangiwara areas of Lyari. The police said the victims were shot dead after being abducted. The body found from Gulistan Colony was identified as Mushtaq while the other could not be identified and was shifted to hospital for autopsy.
On the other hand, police and Rangers arrested as many as six accused during raids in Karachi.
The police and Rangers conducted joint raid in an apartment in Gulistan Johar. After an exchange of fire, assailant was arrested and his car was impounded.
In Defence, three street criminals were arrested during an alleged police encounter. Huge cache of arms and cash were confiscated.
Furthermore, three suspected vehicles were taken in custody by police from Qayoumabad.
Two people including a constable accused of killing former police personnel were arrested from Mahmoodabad.
