Summary National Party of CM Balochistan so far won 247 seats in Balochistan Local Bodies polls.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Local Local Bodies elections in Balochistan were held on 58 percent seat on Saturday whereas candidates were declared winners unopposed on 35 percent seats while no candidate filed nomination papers for seven percent seats.
According to Election Commission sources, turnout in LB polls was 40 percent, however CM Balochistan has claimed that in some places turnout was more than 50 percent.
According to unofficial results announced so far, National Party was leading with 247 seats while Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) was second with 182 seats. Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PKMAP) won 146 seats, BNP 77 seats and JUI-F won 45 seats. At least 247 independent candidates also remained successful.
In District Council Quetta election, PKMAP secured the top spot and won five seats while JUI-F grabbed three seats.
National Party emerged leading party in District Council Kaich by winning 40 seats while BNP grabbed eight seats.
In District Council Noshki, independent candidates won all the eight seats.
Pakistan Muslim League-N won six seats in District Council Zohb while JUI-S secured four seats.
In District Council Panjgur, National pary won 70 seats while BNP (Awami) grabbed 62 seats.
Independent candidates won 25 seats in District Council Jaffarabad while PML-N grabbed 11 seats.
In District Council Loralai, PKMAP won 15 seats while four independent candidates also remained successful.
In District Council Awaran eight independent candidates secured victory.
In District Council Musa khel JUI-F won four seats while PKMAP won three seats.
At least 10 independent candidates won in District Council Barkhan.
National Party secured top position in District Council Mustung with 11 seats while seven independent candidates also remained successful.
In District Council Qilla Saifullah, JUI-F won 11 seats while PKMAP won four seats. In District Council Sohbatpur, PML-N secured 11 seats while three independent candidates were also declared winners.
In District Council Dera Bugti, independent candidates won nine seats while PML-N grabbed two seats.
In District Council Ziarat PKMAP won five seats and JUI-F remained successful on four seats.
In District Council Kharan, independents candidates won 10 seats while PML-Q secured three seats.
In District Council Jhal Magsi independents candidates won 10 seats while PML-N secured three seats.
Balochistan National Party won six seats in District Council Washak while JUI-F secured five seats.
National Party also won eight seats in District Council Kalat and PML-N secured six seats.
In District Council Lehri, independent candidates won seven seats while National Party won three seats.
In District Council Lasbela, PML-N won seven seats while two independent candidates also remained successful.
In District Council Gwadar, Balochistan National Party won 10 seats while National party secured seven seats.
PML-N secured 16 seats in District Council Nasirabad whereas National Party won four seats.
In District Council Chaghi, PML-Q won six seats while PPP grabbed four seats.
In District Council Khuzdar, PML-N won 15 seats while National Party and BNP grabbed nine seats each.
