ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - New draft of the Exit Control Policy has been prepared according to which investigation agencies would have to provide solid proofs before placing someone on the list.
After the approval of the draft by the Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, it would be sent to the Law Ministry. The new policy would be termed as ECL Rules 2013.
All the existing conditions of the policy would be changed as before including any one into the list, the Nab, FIV, police or any investigation agency would furnish solid proofs against the person concerned.
