Summary Says deportation of Pakistanis from Saudi Arabia will affect thousands of families.


ISLAMABAD (Online) - Awami National Party Tuesday submitted adjournment motion in Senate against deportation of Pakistanis from Saudi Arabia in Senate Secretariat.

Senator Afrasiab Khattak, Senator Zahid Khan and Senator Amar Jeet have signed the motion.

The adjournment motion has taken stance that Saudi Kingdom has been deporting a large number of Pakistanis that will affect thousands of families.

They party said that Saudi government’s step would raise unemployment in the country and adversely affect national economy as expatriates were playing key role to up-grade economy.

The adjournment motion demanded of the Chairman Senate to negotiate the issue immediately by adjourning routine proceedings of upper house.
