ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) Islamabad High Court has referred the petition filed against JUI-F Ameer Maulana Fazlur Rehman for anti US statement to the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court.
IHC Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi resumed hearing of petition in which petitioner Shahid Orakzai was of the view that he has made speaker National Assembly speaker Sardar Ayyaz Sadiq and Maulana Fazlur Rehman as party.
Expressing his stance, the petitioner said that that NA Speaker took no action over harsh words uttered by Maulana Fazl in the session of National Assembly.
The petitioner also requested the court that full bench should be formed in order to conduct hearing of this case.
The court while admitting the stance of the petitioner has referred the petition to the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court.
