Summary Finance secretary says he has not committed any contempt of the court in this regard.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Lahore High Court has postponed hearing of contempt of court case against Secretary Finance till November 30.
LHC Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan conducted hearing of the case in which Secretary Finance took the stance that single bench of the LHC had ordered him regarding hike in pension of government employees.
He added the aggrieved party had also lodged an intra court appeal in the Lahore High Court against this order and yet the issue is undecided.
Expressing his stance, he said that he has not committed any contempt of the court.
Finalizing his argument, the secretary finance said that he would unhesitatingly follow the order whatsoever the intra court issues.
Upon this, the court put off hearing of said case till November 30.
