Summary 49 new cases have been reported in Lahore during the last 24 hours.
LAHORE (Dunya News):-Two more children died of measles in Lahore on Saturday, raising the death toll to 174.
According to Punjab health department, four-year-old Hanzala from Toba Tek Singh, 11-month-old Imran who belonged to Qasur were admitted to hospital few days ago but unluckily he could not survive.
It is worth mentioning that at least 174 children have fallen victim to this fatal disease in Punjab.
The sources revealed that about 166 new cases of measles were reported in Punjab within 24 hours while the total number of affectees has mounted to 19,103.
Lahore, the provincial capital, has been affected the most by the disease where 49 new cases have been confirmed.
