Summary The kidnapped Joint Director of the State Bank of Pakistan was recovered from Ibrahim Haidri area.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to details, officials of CPLC and AVCC launched a joint operation in Ibrahim Haidri area and recovered the kidnapped State Bank official. At least three kidnappers were killed in exchange of firing with police.
According to CPLC chief Ahmad Chinoy, the kidnappers belonged to Mustung and were also wanted in 15 cases of abduction for ransom.
The Joint Director of the State Bank, Allauddin Achaczai was abducted on June 5 and his kidnappers were demanding Rs 20 million as ransom money.
