Summary Anti Narcotics Court has set June 24 in order frame charges against accused in Ephedrine case.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News):-Anti Narcotics Court resumed hearing of Ephedrine Quota Case against eleven accused including Ali Musa Gilani and Makhdum Shahabuddin.
Ali Musa Gilani’s counsel moved an application in the court with the stance that it is difficult for his petitioner to appear in the court due to security risk; so he should be awarded immunity.
The court while terming the application maintainable issued notices and ordered parties to present record in this regard.
The court issued arrest warrants of ex-secretary health Khushnud Lashari.
The court also scolded the investigation officer over absence of ANF’s prosecutor and ordered him to present him on next hearing.
Court was adjourned till June 24 with the order to present Musa Gilani for proceeding.
