Summary The ECP has directed the tribunals to hear the complaints regarding rigging on daily basis.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A spokesman of the commission said any party in a case should not be given 7 days delay in the hearing by the tribunal.
Tribunals have been directed to give the reason for adjournment in any case. Any party applying for delay will have to pay fee for that purpose and the tribunal can give maximum three adjournments.
All the tribunals have also been directed to complete the hearings within 120 days and give verdict.
