Summary According to judgment, law of NAB would be applied on every person who doesn't enjoy public seat.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News):-The Supreme Court issued its judgment regarding implementation of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) ordinance.
Justice Asif Saeed Khosa released the judgment comprising 41 pages according to which the NAB law would be applicable on every person who doesn’t entertain public office.
It is worthy of note that the new law would be applicable on common citizens only when they would fall under the jurisdiction of prescribed law.
The court has approved 19 appeals for hearing regarding NAB law.
