Summary CJP has dissociated himself from case against former president Pervez Musharraf.

 

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court on Sunday changed the three-member bench for hearing cases against former president General Pervez Musharraf, as Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry quitted the bench.


According to details, the two-member SC bench headed by Justice Jawad S. Khawaja would hear the cases against Pervez Musharraf on Monday. Justice Khilji Arif Hussain is the second member of the bench.

 

The two-member will hear the five petitions against Pervez Musharraf.

 

Earlier, three-member bench of SC headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had to hear the cases, however, on Sunday the bench had been changed.
