Summary Muhajir Qumi Movement chairman Afaq Ahmad has challenged ‘no-go areas’ in Karachi on Wednesday.
KARACHI (Agencies): Chairman of Muhajir Qumi Movement, Afaq Ahmad has filed a petition in the Supreme Court of Pakistan against ‘no-go areas’ in Karachi.
The petitioner has prayed that he had filed such petition in the Sindh High Court (SHC) but in vain. Later, he was bound to move another petition in the Supreme Court in this regard.
Petition filed by Afaq Ahmad pointed out that police and rangers had misguided the court as they presented bogus reports in the court.
