SC decides to indict Rehman Malik for contempt

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday rejected Ex-Interior Minister Rehman Malik’s apology over contempt of court.

 

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the contempt of court case.

 

During case proceeding, the bench remarked that written apology submitted by Rehman Malik was unsatisfactory and proceedings to indict him should commence after seven days.
