ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court has returned the reply of National Accountability Bureau chairman after adding objections in the contempt of the court case Saturday.
Raising objections on the reply, registrar of the court said that derogatory words were used against judges.
A 3-paged reply was submitted in the court by NAB chairman’s lawyer Naveed Rasool Mirza in which he had pleaded that Chief Justice of Supreme Court was biased.
The chairman NAB said that his case should be transferred to another bench.
A three-member bench is hearing the contempt of court case against the Chairman BAB in connection with the letter written by Fasih Bokhai to President of Pakistan.
