Summary Shah reiterated that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) believes in the politics of consensus.
SUKKUR (Dunya News) - Minister for Religious Affairs Khurshid Shah on Saturday underlined that caretaker set up will be finalized within a week and by 15 March the caretaker PM would be in place.
Speaking to media on Saturday‚ he said Pakistan Peoples Party believes in the politics of consensus and we are consulting all parties inside and outside the parliament including PML-N in this regard.
He said that it is for the first time in the history that democratic government of PPP would be completing its term, which is an encouraging sign.
He said those PPP members have joined the PML-N, which even didn t vote to party candidates in senate elections. "They were already issued show cause notices," Shah explained.
Replying to a question, the PPP leader said that withdrawal of cases against someone is not a rare incident; it also happened in the past.
He said the alliance with the MQM was on the government level, adding that every party is free to present its manifesto in elections.
He said the government of Punjab has thrown national wealth on laptops and Tandoor.
