ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A three-member bench of Supreme Court will resume hearing of Shahzaib murder suo moto case today.
Main accused of the case Shahrukh Jato had filed a petition in the Supreme Court, stating that the hearing of the case in SC is affecting the trial proceeding. He requested the apex court to halt hearing till the verdict of trial court.
Main accused Shahrukh Jatoi reportedly departed for UAE on December 27.
