Summary Supreme Court's three-member bench is hearing Tahirul Qadri's petition against ECP.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Awami Tehreek founder Dr. Tahirul Qadri on Tuesday submitted a written reply regarding his dual-nationality in the Supreme Court.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed hearing of Tahirul Qadri’s petition for reconstitution of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
On Monday, the apex court directed him to submit a written reply regarding his Canadian nationality as it was pertinent for the court to know in order to proceed further.
