Summary At least 12 people were killed in acts of violence in different parts of Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - According to details, some unidentified persons opened fire in Ahsanabad area and shot dead three people while three other were wounded. The deceased were identified as Adnan, Waqas and Shakir.
A youth named Asim was shot dead near Safoora Chorangi while s daed body packed in a gunny bag was recovered from Maripur area. Police have also recovered two dead bodies from Abbas town in Sohrab Goth. According to police sources, the deceased were killed after abduction. The dead bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital while their identity is not yet known.
Gunmen also shot dead Umar in Bin Qasim area. The deceased was stated to be a member of a banned organization.
Some unidentified persons opened fire in Landhi and shot dead a police official Zulfikar. Meanwhile two persons were wounded in firing incident in Banto Street in Kharadar area. They were rushed to nearby hospital where one of the wounded persons died.
