Summary Shujaat said all issues raised during the course of long march were resolved with consensus.
Addressing a news conference‚ President PML-Q Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain dispelled the impression that the declaration that came out of the long march will not be implemented. He said he wants to guarantee that the declaration signed by the prime minister and seven federal ministers will be implemented.
He said the meeting scheduled to take place on this Sunday in Lahore would chalk out a strategy to implement the decisions of the declaration.
Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said President Asif Ali Zardari resolved this issue with sagacity‚ saving the country from a tragedy. He also praised the far sightedness and courage of Tahirul Qadri to resolve the issue through negotiations.
